A 2D floor plan will give potential home buyers a look at how the home is laid out and an accurate estimate of each room's size. You'll receive several different file types to ensure you can use the floor plan on any and every platform!
*Starting prices are for listings less than 2,000 square feet, within a 25 mile radius of Canon City, Colorado.

Additional Charges:
*Travel outside of Canon City will be charged the federal mileage rate.
*Photoshop Extras (ie: sky replacement, removal of items like cars or dumpsters from photos, etc): starting at $10 - price depends on the nature of the edits.
*Appointments can be rescheduled, but appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be assessed with a $50 fee.
*Please honor your scheduled appointment time - late fees will be assessed and appointments may be canceled if the scheduled time is not kept.
