Portrait Pre-Order
(via paper form or online)
Pre-orders are required for all individual sports and activity portraits. This allows us to streamline picture day, reduce wait times, and continue to offer this service to our community by protecting our efforts invested into taking and editing every photo.
Your student should receive a paper order form from their coach/activity director at least one week prior to picture day. This form doubles as an envelope for cash or check transactions. Even if payment is made ahead of time online or via Venmo, we still ask that your student turn their order form in to the photography team at the time photos are taken. We will always take photos of every student that wants their photo taken even if they don't have their order form in hand, however their photos will not be edited or uploaded until pre-payment is made.
Sports/activity portraits are not like traditional school pictures - they are meant to showcase your student's creativity and passion. We encourage the students to choose their own pose and expression to showcase their personality! If there’s a particular look you want from your child (for example, a big smile looking directly at the camera), please make sure they know that before picture day. We will encourage and guide them, but ultimately their expression is theirs!
If you prefer to see your student's photos prior to purchasing, we understand! The time and money we invest into taking, editing, and storing the photos requires us to take pre-payment to ensure we receive compensation for our efforts, but we do offer free edits and free retakes in-studio if you are unsatisfied with your portraits.
New this year: all print packages include digital access to your student's individual portraits!!

Some teams allot some extra time on picture day for buddy photos! Since this is a team-by-team occurrence, these photos are not available for pre-purchase. Instead, we'll place them in a separate gallery along with the team photos, and that gallery can be found in each school's gallery linked above.

We're equipped to capture your group, no matter the size! We provide lighting, top quality equipment, and pose ideas to help the portrait session run quickly and efficiently.
We have created affordable print packages, and every print package includes access to the matching individual photo type. Memory mate collages and group/team/individual portraits are personalized for every group, with the templates created by our team! And photos are placed on an online gallery for convenient download, with print packages being delivered to the school/coach for distribution.
