Additional Information: 

*Travel outside of Canon City will be charged the federal mileage rate of 72.5 cents per mile. If the location is more than an hour away round trip, we will charge a rate of $75 per travel hour which includes mileage. This pays for the photographer's travel time and mileage as often we are unable to book more than one job on days that require extensive travel. 

*Aerial photography does includes lot lines drawn to an approximate capacity. If we cannot capture the entire lot from the 400 foot limit, we may be unable to promise this service. 

*Photoshop Extras (ie: sky replacement, removal of items like cars or dumpsters from photos, etc): starting at $10 - price depends on the nature of the edits.

*Reschedule and cancellation fees do apply. If you need to make changes within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we will charge a $50 fee because we are not often able to fill open slots on short notice. We ask that you please reschedule at least 2 days before your appointment or you may be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. Reschedules that are forced due to inclement weather are waived.
*Appointments that are cancelled completely are subject to a cancellation fee of $150 which pays for the reserved time slot and loss of funds due to the cancellation. 

*Please honor your scheduled appointment time - late fees will be assessed and appointments may be canceled if the scheduled time is not kept.
